Nestled in the quietude of the Auvergne region, the experience genuinely felt like home, thanks to our wonderful hosts, Veronique and Bruno, who treated us like family right from the moment we arrived. The spacious rooms, complemented by private bathrooms and well-thought-out amenities, provided all the comfort we needed to unwind after our skiing adventures. Breakfast was a charming affair—croissants, homemade jams, and fresh-pressed apple juice set us up for daily explorations, with idyllic hikes through the beautiful Cantal mountains. And, oh, the garden! It was a little slice of paradise, perfect for basking in the tranquility of nature with a good book. Our visits felt like sweet escapes with dear friends, and my partner and I are already plotting our return. Trust me; if you find availability here, don’t think twice!
